Albert Owen MP with our staff helping to raise money for cancer unit

Our customers will (hopefully) have noticed something slightly different about our uniforms on Friday, 21st May - we were all wearing something pink.

As part of an event to raise money for the Glan Clwyd Cancer Unit, as well as raise awareness of the disease, all the staff wore pink for the day.

Albert Owen, Labour MP for Ynys Mon, noticed our efforts and came over to talk to us about the charity event.

Raffle tickets were sold to customers all week, with the prizes donated by our staff members.

In total we raised £316.

We would like to thank the generous customers, as well as all those people in the town who took part, for helping us raise money and awareness.
